Building and Loan Elects
Directors and Officers
Directors and officers of
the Mount Joy Building and
Loan association were re-
elected Wednesday night,
April 10, at the annual
meeting, held in the lobby of
the National Central bank,
Main and Market streets.
Stockholders elected John
M. Booth, Christ Walters and
Gerald Sheetz directors to
serve three year terms.
Officers elected by the
directors, following the
stockholders meeting, in-
cluded: Booth, president;
George Keener, Vvice-
president; Robert Kline,
secretary; treasurer,
Walters; assistant
secretary, Betty Mit-
zkavich; auditors, Pollick,
Groff and White; solicitor,
Carl Hallgren, and
stenographer, Jean Pricio.
Other directors of the
School and Home
Association Sets
Officer Election
The Seiler School and
Home association will hold
its annual election of officers
on Tuesday, April 23, in the
all-purpose room at Seiler
Elementary.
Parents may visit thé class
rooms, begining at 6:45 p.m.
until 7:15 p.m. During this
time the 6th grade students
of Miss Nancy Ettaro’s and
Jim Sarbaugh’s rooms will
be displaying various
science projects they have
completed recently.
A special program is
planned following the
meeting. A performance by
the elementary band,
composed of 4th, 5th and 6th
grade students from both
Seiler and Grandview
schools, will play several
selections. The band is under
the direction of Morell
Shield, elementary in-
strumental teacher.
Also included in the
program will be a presen-
tation of folk dancing by the
6th grade, directed by music
teacher, Mrs. Patricia K.
Enos.
There will be baby sitting
available to pre-school age
brothers and sisters of Seiler
students.
