Market chairman reported
that she had already
received 11 admissions. It
will be held Monday, May 27.
It was also reported that not
all of the Christmas checks
sent to the boys in the Ser-
vice were not cashed.
Alice Johnson celebrated
her first birthday an-
niversary, March 16.

Pastor Paul Marsteller
spent several days this week
at his home in Alexandria,
Pa.
The members of the Men's
Fellowship of the Reformed
Church are repainting the
church. They are doing all of
the work themselves which
is quite. a project.
On Sunday, March 24, Mrs.
Warren T. Hilfiker will
speak at the Reformed
Church in the evening and
tell us more about the
Hoffman Children’s Home.
The Ways and Means
Committee of the Order of
the Eastern Star will hold a
Rummage Sale April 5 and 6
at the former Insurance
Building at Marietta.
The Brethren in Christ
Church will show the film,
“A Letter to Nancy,”’ on
Saturday evening at 7:30.

have a service at Lehman'’s
Rest Home on Sunday at
11:30.

God will hold its spring
Evangelistic Crusade from
Sunday, March 24, to Sun-
day, March 31, with Pastor
K. Hull Byers as the
evangelist.
Pastor Byers currently
serves the Newburg and
Green Spring Churches of
God. His preaching reflects
his own personal experience
in the business world as well
as the Christian ministry. He
delivers the gospel message
in a dynamic and easy-to-be-
understood method.
Services will begin each
evening at 7:30 o'clock and
include special music from
various choirs and singers.
