COUNTY WIDE Mount Joy Bulletin - Page 3 {_ J Deaths LEEW. HOLTZMAN Lee W. Holtzman, 51, of 79 E. Main St., Munt Joy, died at Milton S. Hershey Medical Center Monday afternoon, Oct. 22, after an illness of one month. He was the husband of Helen H. Holtzman. He was a resident of Mount Joy for the past 22 years, where he was the proprietor of the Lincoln Restaurant and Bowling Alley. Prior to that he had been a joint owner of the Holtzman Manor Restaurant, Middletown, where he had lived. He had also lived in Elizabethtown. He was a member of the Glossbrenner United Methodist Church, Mount Joy, the Friend- ship Fire Company No. 1, Mount Joy, and had helped to form and organize the Donegal Boosters Club. In addition to his widow and mother , of E'Town, he is sur- vived by a son Garry L. Holtz- man, Elizabethtown; a step-son, Robert Horetsky, Syracuse, N.Y. and two ‘sisters, Mrs. James Hoover, Elizabethtown, and Mrs. James Albert, Highspire. Services were held from the Heilig funeral home Wednesday afternoon and burial was made in the Eberle cemetery. CLARENCE METHERELL Clarence L. Methrerell, 66, of Mount Joy R1, died Wednesday, Oct. 17, at Lebanon Veterans hospital after an illness of several months. He had been employed by Lancaster, Leaf Tobacco Co., Mount Joy, before his retirement. A veteran of World War II, he served in the United States Army. Born in Perry County, he was a son of the late William and Anna Metherell and he had resided in the Mount Joy area since 1939. He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Esther P.
