Albert, 130 New Haven street, has been granted a full assistantship for next year at Penn State university, where he will study for a master’s degree in mineral economics. Albert will be graduated next month from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio, with a bachelor of sci- ence degree in geology. While in school he was a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity in which he held the office of histor. Last year he was chairman of Greek Week at the universi- ty. His summer job will be mining opals at Denio, Nev. Phoenix Mineral and Mining company. During the summer of 1970 he studied oceangraphy at the University of California. The board has organized a plan of action and budget for the upcoming year. They had a special meeting to arrange the Jaycees into committees which, hopefully, will get more young men into action. At the May regular meet- ing vice presidents Robert Eshleman and Larry Gainer presented incentives to the membership with their open- ing remarks.
