PAGE TWGC e Deaths D. M. ROYER D. M. Royer, 76, of 224 Main St., Denver, died at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 13, at Ephrata Community hospital after a short illness. He was the father of Mrs. Robert F. Eshleman, Mount Joy R2. A resident of Denver 64 years, he was owner of Roy- er's Store, Denver, for 56 years. He was a member of Mohler's Church of the Brethren, where he taught Sunday School 50 years. Royer was born in Cordo- va, Md., a son of the late Aaron and Mahala Penny- packer Royer. He and his wife, Sue Wolf Royer, cele- brated their 56th wedding anniversary Nov. 7. In addition to his wife and daughter, he is survived by two sons, Donald M. Rich. mond, Ind., and Luke W., of Denver; seven grandchildren and a brother, Rufus P. of Ephrata. Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon, Nov. ‘16, from Mohler’s Church of the Brethren, Ephrata town- ship. Burial was made in the Fairview cemetery, Den- ver. - SCHOOL Fifth Graders On Trip On Wednesday, Nov. 6th, the three fifth grade rooms of Grandview visited Safe Har- bor Electric Plant, Turkey Hill Dairy and WGAL-TV. These girls do a great ser- vice to the community by helping in the younger troops as Aides. Without these girls many of the troops would fold.
