Authority meeting in the
Mount Joy Fire Hall.
The Proposal must cover
all labor, equipment, mater-
ials and all other costs inci-
dental to the work. The right
is reserved to reject any or
all Proposals and to re-ad-
vertise and award the Con-
tract in the regular manner,
or to waive any informality
in the Proposals received
and to accept any Proposal
deemed to be most favor-
able to the interests of the
Mt. Joy Borough Authority.
Bids will be taken under
advisement and the award
of a Contract, if awarded,
will be made within sixty
(60) days after the date of
opening the bids.
Each Proposal must be ac-
companied by a certified
check or bid bond in an a-
mount not less than ten (10)
per cent of the bid total,
payable to Mt. Joy Borough
Authority, in accordance
with provisions of the Con-
tract Documents. The depos-
its of bidders other than the
one to whom the Contract is
aworded will be returned
immediately after execution
of the Contract. The success-
awarded will be returned
to execute a contract and
furnish bonds and insurance
within ten (10) days from
the date the notice of award
is delivered or mailed ' to
him. Upon approval of the
bonds and insurance and exe-
cution of the Contract the

Plan Special
Service Sunday
A special service eniitled
“Friends, Relatives, and
Neighbor Night” will be con-
ducted in the God’s Mission
ary church of Salunga Sun-
day night, Sept. 24 at 7:30
o'clock. This is the second
annual service of this type,
and special arrangements
have been made. The
Brininger Trio, of Beaver
town, Pa., will be the spec-
ial singers for the service.—
This fine trio has been in
the local church several
times before. They will be
bringing old fashion hymns
of the church ;
The sermon will be preach-
ed by Rev. John F. White,
pastor of the church. He will
speak on the subject. “When
Will Jesus Come Back A-
gain;”’
The newly-purchased Wur-
litzer church organ will be
dedicated by the pastor in
this service. The organ has
been purchased in memory
of many loved ones among
the chudch families.
A special welcome is giv-
en to everyone. A Youth
meeting will preceed this
meeting at 7 pm. im the
church with Rodney Bubb,
local Youth president in
charge.
