A peach, larger and heav-
ier than one previously recor-
ded in the county last week,
was brought to Grandview
School y Jeffrey Zimmer-
man. Jeff brought in the
meal of a peach to Mrs. Geo.
Albert's fourth grade.
had come from his grandfath-
er's orchard, weighed one
and one-fourth pounds and
measured thirteen inches a-
round the widest part. (The
peach recorded in Lancaster |
earlier last week weighed one
pound, two ounces, and meas-
ured twelve and one-half in-
ches around the widest part.)
