Ages Total Nearly 500 Six brothers and sisters, whose combined ages totaled almost 500 years, held a re- union at the home of the granddaughter of one of them on Mount Joy R2 on Sunday, June 5. The reunion, the first one in 25 years, was the occasion for a celebration of the 83rd birthday of Ephriam Ebersole of Lancaster, at the home of Mrs. David Greenly. Attending the dinner were Howard Ebersole of Mount Joy, 90; Samuel Ebersole of Middletown, 81; Mrs. Bar- bara Greenly, 85 and Mrs. Mary Zook, 80, both of Sal- unga: and Oliver Ebersole of Lancaster, 78. Approximately 30 people attended a drop-in party for the ‘“oldsters” during the al- ternoon. Rotarians See Computer Film “The Living Machine,” a movie about complex IBM computers, provided the pro- gram Tuesday noon for the Mount Joy Rotarians, meet- ing at Hosteteers. Produced as a provocative type entertainment and edu- cational feature, the film moved through some of the almost unbelievable feats of computer accomplishments and posed some of the pos- sible future problems which may come to a computerized world. Already these machines, the film showed, can do vir- tually anything for which it can be given absolute facts. Tony Gannetta of IBM ac- companied the film and spoke briefly. He was introduced by Glenn Y. Forney. Two new members were inducted by John Booth. They were Robert Kline and Jack Tyndall.
