Carl Nolt, vice president of the church coun- cll announced the resigna- tion has been accepted. Nolt said that the Rev. Ruoss had resigned because of ‘‘person- al considerations’ and plan- ned to leave the ministry and enter another profession. The Rev. Mr. Ruoss and his wife llve at 129 Main St., Landisville, are natives of Lancaster County. He began his ministry in Christ Luth- eran church here in 1936.
