copartnership, company or
corporation in the City and
County of Lancaster, holding
personal property taxable un-
der the Act of June 17, 1913,
PL. 507 and amendments,
is required by law to file a
return thereof to the Lancas-
ter County Personal Tax
Bureau, stating the market
value thereof as of December
31, 1964. Returns to be made
between January 2, 1965 and
February 15, 1965. Blank
forms for Returns have been
mailed, and if you did not
receive a blank return, one
may be obtained at the of-
fice of the Lancaster Couunty
Personal Property Tax Bur-
eau, 36 N. Duke Street, Lan-
caster, Pa.
PENALTY: Failure to file re-
turn on or before February
15, 1965, the personal proper-
ty tax bureau will enter
against you an estimated as-
sessment, to which will be
added a penalty of 12%.

to tax; Mortgages; Promis-
sory Notes or Bonds of indi
viduals; Judgments; Public
Loans or Bonds (not exempt-
ed); Bonds, etc. of corpora-
tions of First Class: Shares of

bers of family are taxable.

Golden Wedding
Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus Geib,
Stauffertown R2, Mount Joy,
will celebrate their Golden
wedding anniversary Satur-
day, Jan. 30.
The couple was married in
1915. Mrs. Geib was the for-
mer Emma George, and she
attended Elizabethtown coi-
lege and taught in public
schools for nine years. Mr.
Geib is employed at the New
Standard Corp. since 1944.
They are life long members
and very active in the Florin
Church of the Brethren.
A drop-in party for friends
and relatives will be held
from 2 to 5 pm. Saturday,
