Dr. Gilbert N. Clime, coun-
ty coroner, said laboratory
tests showed that he died of
poisoning.
He ruled it was suicide.
Wertz died June 6 after
being stricken ill at home.
Unable to pinpoint the death
cause, Dr. Clime ordered a
