I note that our representative, Thom-

he knows his way around Capitol Hill to

Fifth — Against Child Labor Bill—Woculd prescribe work and regulate
working hours of minors
Sixth — Against Minimum Wage Bill—One dollar per hour.
Seventh—Against requiring employers to furnish free under specified
circumstances, protective devices, gloves, apparel, ete., to safe-
guard workers against injury.
Eighth — Voted against building of highways.
Each and all of us have built our lives around certain high stan-
dards. Our parents taught us these high standards and principles. We
in turn taught our children and they in turn are teaching their children,
our grandchildren. Our Sen the past (4) vears has voted to des-
troy certain of these high standards. The destruction of the Sabbath
Day, cne of the pillars our forefathers built this great Nation upon. He
has voied to sell automobiles on Sundav, to sell all commodities on Sun-
day, to sell alcoholic beverages in public places on the Sabbath Day. Is
this the type of representation that you are interested in sending to Har-
risburg? Or are you interested in representation that opposes any thing
and all things that ‘will lead to the liberalization of the Sabbath Day.
Representation that will work for labor, for the farmer, for the common
man, and not for only special interests. Representation that will work
unceasingly for the protection of your savings and to curtail and reduce
your taxes.
I would appreciate your every consideration.
