It is a recognition no other Governor of Pennsylvania has] ever seen fit to bestow. To] Pennsylvania's Democratic Gov-| ernor George M. Leader must | go this credit. It is perhaps typical of the man himself - typical in that it seems to be his firm belief that in no matter what field he may| venture, every segment deserv-| es what might be termed ¢ en break. There is of course an ulterior | motive in this course the Gov-| ernor has chosen to follow. It can be summed up in three simple words: ‘good public re- lations.” Democrats are shooting hard, as they should, for the rural vote in Pennsylvania.
