Weddings

MILLER
St. Mary's Church was the
scene Saturday at nine o'clock
of the marriage of Miss Amelia
CATERBONE -
Joan Caterbone, daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. John Caterbone,
405 Howard Ave, and Cpl
Robert J. Miller, son of Mrs.
Blanche Miller and the late
Samuel Miller, Mount Joy, The
Rev. John. Campion officiated
at the ceremony.
Given in marriage by her fa-
ther, the bride wore a white
Chantilly lace gown. The fitted
bodice featured a scoop neck-
line embroidered with seed
pearls. The voluminous skirt
fashioned of tiers of pleated
tulle was accepted by hip-
length flounce of lace which
extended into a sweeping train.
A tiara of pearls and rhine-
stones held her scalloped tulle
veil and she carried a bouquet
of white orchids with shower
of ribbons. |
Miss Marion Fulginiti was
maid of honor and the brides-
maids were Miss Theresa Ma-
donna, Mrs. Joanne Caterbone|
and Mrs. Gloria Hall. All wore!
gowns of lace over taffeta. The
fitted bodices outlined with
ruffles were topped with lace!
jackets and the bouffant skirts,
worn over hoops, were fashion-
ed of rows of ruffling from!
waistline to the edge of the
floor length skirts.
The honor attendants carried
a bouquet of white roses cen-
tered with a white orchid and
wore a headband of pink
braid. The bridesmaids carried
bouquets of pink roses.
Angela Marie Caterbone,
niece of the bride, wore a
frock of white lace and net
with bodice - having a sweet-|
heart neckline, edged with a
lace ruffles which extended ov-|
er the shoulder to form brief
sleev's. © The bouffant sk'rt,
worn over a hoop, was of net
with an over skirt of lace!
forming an apron effect. A bon-
net and . basket of pink rose-
buds ‘¢c 'mpleted her attire,
Joseph . Caterbone was best
man and the ushers were Sam-
uel Caterbone. John Tallarice!
and Anthony Battaglia, Phila-
delphia. Wedding music was
played by Richard Kiphorn and
Mrs. Joseph Kirchner was voe-
al soloist.
