By MARY SMITH
Class of '58
On Tuesday morning, March
to present the trophies to the
coaches who in turn presented
them to the school on behalf of
their respective teams. A trophy
was presented the Junior
High coach, Hubie Peters, for
winning the Junior High Section
I championship. As you know,
to
Donegal Junior High has the
only undefeated Junior High
basketball team in Lancaster
County. Congratulations boys! !!
Three trophies were also pre
sented to the Head Varsity
Coach, Ken . Depoe -—A trophy
was received for Section I and
District III championships. We
also received the County trophy
which will be kept in our trophy
case until the winner of the
County title is determined next
year. A school must win the
County title three times before
they may keep the trophy. I
would like to take this oppor-
tunity to again congratulate the
team and their loyal fans for a
great season.
On Wednesday, March 30, the
course of periods was changed
in order to provide time for the
play, ‘I'm a Family Crisist’,
which was presented in the high
school auditorium by the Junior
Class of the Elizabethtown Area
High School. The play followed
the theme of a typical American
home and presented the prob-
lems of a teen-age girl to the
eye of the public. The students
