yeast-raised bread stuffing. And for lovers of good cranberry sauce try
it with crushed pineapple.
BREAD-HAM STUFFING
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
15 teaspoon pepper
1 cup turkey stock or consomme
114 cups chopped onion
114 cups chopped celery
24 cup butter or margarine
4 quarts soft bread crumbs
1 3-ounce can deviled ham



{| Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Combine with bread
: crumbs, ham, parsley and seasonings. Blend in turkey stock. Makes
: enough stuffing for a 10-12 pound dressed turkey.
CRANBERRY-PINEAPPLE SAUCE
“To 4 cups cranberry sauce, add 1 cup crushed pineapple. Serve warm
or cold.
