ing that a certain tract of land
containing 84.5 perches owned
by them and situate along the
road leading from the Borough
of Mount Joy to the Village of
Newtown, in the Borough of
Mount Joy, Lancaster County,
Pennsylvania, and more partic-
ularly described in the deed to
them by Esther R. Blanken-
myer, widow dated February 8,
1954 and recorded in the Office
of the Recorder

of Deeds, Lan-
in Deed Book I, Vol-
ume 43, page 212, as Purpart
No. 1, be released from the lien
and effect of a charge of $4,000.-
00 contained in a deed from
Emanuel Cassel and wife to
Sem Brubaker and dated June
6, 1861 and recorded in the Re-
corder’s Office aforesaid in Mis-
cellaneous Book A, page 297,
said charge being made payable
to the defendant, Martin Nis-
sley.
