Council of Mount
Joy Borough intends to adopt
an ordinance imposing a per
capita tax of $8.00 on each resi-
dent of the Borough twenty-one
years of age or over, for the year
1954, under authority of said
Act. Council deems imposition
of said tax to be necessary to
balance the Borough budget.
Estimated revenue to be receiv-
