It is contemplated that this resolution will add increased revenue to the amount of between $300 and $500 per year. The resoluticn is propos- ed in accordance with the authority conferred to 2nd, 3rd and 4th Class School Districts by the Act of 1947, | F. L. 1145, as amended. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RE- SOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, AS FOLLOWS: “That an annual tax for general | revenue purposes is hereby levied by the School District of East Don- egal Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, upon all trailers lo- cated in the Schocl District used for dwelling purposes, whether af- | fixed to the land or not, at the rate of $2.00 per month for each trailer used for dwelling purposes for a period of more than 29 days in any calendar year.
