M. 43-tf NOTICE OF TAX ORDINANCE In accordance with the provisions of the Act of June 25 1947, P- L. 114E, as amended, notice is hereby given that pursuant to authority contained in the said Act, Mount Joy Borough Council intends to pass a tax ordinance which will in- clude the imposition of a per capita or head tax in the amount of $6.50 to be paid in the year 1951 by each resident of the said Borough twen- | ty-one years of age or over. The Borough estimates that it will de- rive $13,000.00 revenue from said tax. In the judgment of the Bor- ough Council, imposition of said | tax is made necessary to meet in- terest and amortization require- ments on the Borough indebtedness incurred for new fire engine, and for general borough purposes, which real estate taxes will be in- sufficient to cover.
