Soap Box Derby On Saturday afternoon the Soap Box Derby started with nine en- tries. Four heats were run in order to find the four who would qualify for the final race. Charles Groff and Herbert Coo- ver raced the first heat with Coover winning. The second heat was be- tween Richard McGregor and Ken- ny Wittle, witha Wittle winning.
