dirt” David Eli Ritchie, 67, who
lives in a cakin along the highway
in the Lewistown Narrows, scatter-
ed a lot of nails in front of his
neighbor's home. Motorists repor-
ted a flat tire epidemic to the State
Folice. Now Ritchie is doing thirty
days in jail along with a $50 fine.
