QUIREMENTS FOR DWELL- |
INGS; ELIMINATING CERTAIN
FRONTAGE REQUIREMENTS,
AND IMPOSING PENALTIES.
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED |

approved July 1, 1946, is hereby
amended as follows:

manently constructed building. Pro-
vided, however, that zoning permits
shall not be required for trailers, |
(but occupancy permits are requir-
ed as hereinafter provided); and |
provided, further, that no part of |
this ordinance shall apply to a tran-
sient or temporary location and use
of a dwelling trailer in the Borough
for a period or periods not exceed-
ing total of 15 days in any consec-
utive twelve months period.
Section 3. Section V, sub-section
(a) of the said ordinance is hereby
amended to read us follows:
(a) Use: In Residence “A” Dist-
ricts no land shail be used, and no
building or structure shall be used
or erected or altered to he used, fox
any purpose other than that
single-family residence and its ac-
cessory uses and buildings, a church
school, public park or playground, |
private club or recreation area not
of a]
operated for profit, some form of
agriculture or horaticulture other
than keeping hogs, and the com-
mercial keeping or handling of farm
stock or poultry, the sale of farm
products produced on the property
where offered for sale, and special
uses as provided by paragraphs (a),
(d), and (3) of Scetion IX. Provid-

Scetion 5. Section IX, sub-section

SANITARY JIREMENTS:
Every dwelling or residence must
have within itself « n its own lot,
its own water supply or connections,


and its cwn toilet and drainage fa-
cilitie . When and as a sewerage
tem 1s constructed in the Bor-
ont every dwelling or residence to
which such system available for
use must have 1s own sewer con-
nection thereto, and shall not dis-
charge sanitary sewage except into
such sewerage system. The require-
ments of this sub-section shall be
in addition to and not in derogation
of any other ordinance, law, or reg-
ulation prescribing additional or oth-
er water aryl sanitary requirements.
Seeticn 6. Section X, Sub-section
(d) of said ordinance is hereby

(d) OCCUPANCY PERMITS:
No hereafter ccenstruct-
ed, erected or altered, under a zon-
ing permit, and no dwelling trailer
or other dwelling vehicle, shall be
cceupied or used in whole or in part
for any use whatsoever, and nc
change of use of any building or
part of building shall hereafter be
made until an Occupancy Permit
has been issued by the Zoning Of-
ficer, indicating that the building
or use complies with the provisions
of this ordinance. An occupancy
permit shall be granted or denied
within 10 days of date cf written
application there
Section 7. Sec X, Sub-section
(h) of the said ordinance is hereby
amendad to read as follows:
(h) REMEDIES AND ENFORCE-
MENT:
Any person, whether
tenant, who shall erect, construct,
reconstruct, alter, repair, convert,
maintain, or use any buildiag, struc-
ture (including trailer other ve-
hicle) or premises withcut first hav-
ing obtained a zoning permit or an
occupancy permit as required by
this ordinance, cr in violation of any
other provisicn this ordinance,
or of any regulation duly made
hereunder, or, shall permit any such
violation on premises owned or oc-
cupied by him, and shal] not have
abated such violation within thirty |
