the Borough of Mount Joy is to
consider the adoption of certain pro-,
posed amendments to the Zoning
yrdinance of the Borough, which
amendments have heretofore been
submitted to the Borough Planing
Commission as required by law.
The amendments to be considered
propose the following: : ;
1. To include dwelling trailers in
the definition and requirements for
residences and dwellings, and to
prohibit location of dwelling trail-
ers and other vehicles used for
dwelling purpocses in Residence “A”
and Residence “B” districts.
2. To impose penalties for vicla-
tion of the Zoning Ordinance.
