LIONS ASK YOUR SUPPORT
IN THEIR EFFORTS TO HELP
The regular meeting of the Mount
Joy Lion’s Club will be held Tues-
day, June 7th. Every Lion should
attend this meeting at it is the time
for election of officers for the com-

A Carnival sponsored by the
Lion’s will be held June 18th and
they will need the help and support
of every one.
Considerable expense is involved
in some of our community projects,
such as the purchase of the bleach-
ers for the High School playground,
the securing of glasses for those
who are less fortunate than some of
us, and also in some of the Wel-
fare drives.
We hope the people of the coun-

make this a worthwhile project,
and in turn do a good deed for
some of those who are less fortun-
ate.
