The funeral] was held this after-
noon with interment in Green Tree
cemetery.
Harry L. Swarr
Harry L. Swarr, sixty-three, of
Landisville, died at the General
Hospital, after an illness of six
weeks. A retired farmer, he was
a member of the Landisville Men-
nonite Church and a trustee of
the Landisville Mennonite ceme-
tery for the past twenty years.
A son of the late Martin P. and
Maria Landis Swarr, he is survived
by two sons, J. Arthur and Martin
N., of Landisville; six grandchil-
dren; one brother, Martin L., Lan-
caster R8; and a sister, Mrs. Sa-
leme S. Aungst, Salunga.
The funeral was held on Sun-
day afternoon in the Landisville
Mennonite Church and interment
in the adjoining cemetery.
Mrs. Adam S. Gamber
Mrs. Barbara F. Gamber, sev-
enty-eight, wfe of Adam S. Gam-
ber, Landisville, died at her home
at 5 a.m. Tuesday after a t wo
weeks’ illness. She was born in
Manor Twp., a daughter of the
late Rudy and Elizabeth Eiseman
Fenstermacher, and was a mem-
ber of Salem Evangelica] and Re-
formed Church, Rohrerstown.
Besides her husband, she is sur-
vived by three sisters, Mrs. Fannie
Lane, Mrs. Emma Lane, both of
Landisville; Mrs. Anna Rothfus,
Neffsville; and one brother, Harry
Fenstermacher, Lancaster.
The funeral will be held from
her late home Friday morning with
interment in the Lutheran and Re-
formed cemetery at Rohrerstown.
Aaron S. Lenhard
Aaron S. Lenhard, eighty-three,
this boro, died at 5:30 p.m. Mon-
day at the Neffsville Brethren
Home. He was a retired farmer
and tobacco dealer and was a
member of the Florin Church of
the Brethren. He served as super-
intendent of the Mount Joy Com-
munity Exhibit for a number of
years. He was a son of the late
Abraham and Barbara Shaub Len-
hard and ‘is survived by a daugh-
ter, Saloma, wife of C. J. Musser,
Mount Joy Rl, four grandchildren,
and seven great-grandchildren,
The funeral held from the
Koser funeral parlors at Landis-
ville with further
services in the Silver Spring Evan-
gelical United Brethren Church
and interment in the cemetery ad-
joining.
Levi B. Henry
Levi B. Henry, fifty-five, Eliza-
bethtown, was found dead in bed
Wednesday by his wife, Minnie,
when she went to call him for
supper. Dr. J. Hoffman Garber,
Elizabethtown, deputy coroner and
attending physician, pronounced
death due to a heart attack.
A son of the late David and Sar-
ah Bricker Henry, he was a mem-
ber of St. Paul's Evangelical Unit-
ed Brethren Church, Elizabeth-
town. Surviving, besides

Notice is given that on July 11,
1947 a complaint by John W. Kreid-
er and Nora H. Kreider was pre=
sented to the Court of Common
Pleas of Lancaster County praying
that a certain mortgage given by
George Frank to Mt. Joy Building
and Savings Association, dated No-
vember 8, 1875, in the amount of
$200.00, and recorded in the Record=
er’'s Office at Lancaster, Pa., in Mort-
gage Book 26, Page 315, covering
