Extent of sewer and water service, and general adequacy. g. Capacity and present occu- peacy of all schools. h. Such other similar data as may be found necessary or useful as the work proceeds. 3. Upon basis of above informa- tion, field observations, and dis- cussions with the Borough Plan- ning Commission, prepare a gen- eral development plan for the Bor- ough and immediately adjoining territory, showing present and pro- and possible future improvements. 4.
