President, and Hon. O. S. Schaeffer,
Associate Judge of the Court of
Common Pleas in and for the Coun-
ty of Lancaster and Assistant Just-
ices of the Court of Oyer and Term- |
mer, and General Jail Delivery and
Quarter Sessions of the Peace in and
for the County of Lancaster, have
issued their Precept, to me directed,
requiring me, among other things, to
make Public Proclamation through-
out my bailiwick, that a Court of
Oyer and Terminer and General Jail
Delivery, also a Court of General
Quarter Sessions of the Peace and
Jail Delivery, will commence in the
Court Fouse, in the City of Lancas-
ter, in the Commonwealth of Penn-
svlvania.
One Week Commencing,
Sept. 11, 1939
in pursuance of which precept pub-
lic notice is hereby given to the
Mayor and Alderman of the City of
Lancaster, in said county, and all
the Justices of the Peace, the Coro-
ner and Constables of the said City
and County of Lancaster, that they
be then and there in their own prop-
er persons with their rolls, records
and examinations, and inquisitions,
and their other remembrances, to do
those things which to their offices
