Miss Fannie Priscilla Long, sev-
enty-seven, died at her home in
Landisville at 3:35 p. m. Thursday
of complications.
She was a daughter of the late
John K. and Elizabeth Long, and is
curvived by a cousin, Christian
Long, with whom she resided, and
three nephews, J. Warren, Benja-
min E, and Herman E. Long, all
of Landisville.
Services were held at the fun-
eral parlors of Fred H. Koser,
Landisville, Sunday at 2 p. m. with
interment ‘in the Reformed Men-
nonite cemetery, Landisville.
LEVI W. NISSLEY
Levi W. Nissley, eighty-eight,
died of complications last Wed-
nesday at the home of a son, Is-
rael Niscley, Rapho twp. with
whom he resided. He was a son
of the late Henry and Jane Wolge-
Jnuth Nissley and was a member
of*<¢he Mennonite church.
Besides the son with whom he
resided, he is survived by his wife,
Kate Bradley Nissley; these child-
ren, Henry, Rapho twp.; Mrs. Her-
man Frederick, Lancaster, and Mrs.
Peter Nauman, Rapho twp., and a
brother, Amos W., Penn twp.
Private services were held at the
home Saturday, followed by ser-
vices at Erisman's Mennonite
church. Interment in the adjoin-
ing cemetery.
ANNA MARTHA STRICKLE
Anna Martha Strickler, nine,
daughter of Amos R. and Anna
Gamber Strickler, died atthe home
of her parents, Walnut Tree farm,
west of Florin Thursday morning
of typhoid fever. She attended the
consclidated school near Florin.
Besides her parents she is survived
by these brothers and sisters: Os-
car, Mount Joy township; Mable,
wife of Mylin Haverstick, Willow
Street; Edna, at home; John, Don-

er, of Mastersonville, died of pneu-
monia at her home at 5:20 P. M.
Sunday. She was a daughter of the
late Henry and Elizabeth Buffen-
myer Breneman, and was a member
of the Brethren in Christ church.
Besides her husband she is sur-
vived by a daughter, Mrs. Miles J.

Heffley, of Mastersonville; three
grandchildren, a brother, Isaac

moonshine in their car.
Hugh H. Nevin, Lancaster, left
at 5 p. m. Thursday returning Sun-
day at'6 a m. on a trip:to the
Pacific Coast. He covered 5,068
miles.
David LL Glatfelter donated a
20-acre plot of ground tothe School
Board at Columbia to be used as
an athletic field in memory of his
son who was killed two years ago.
F. Harold Smoker, son of our
former townsman H. Smoker,
will open. a new drug store at Co-
lumbia. Father and son will each
have a place of business there
now.
