Alvin C. Reist, J. Clayton Brubaker and Will- iam P. Bucher constitute the board. Lancaster's wheat allotment has been fixed at 1,327,703 bushels and the county is divided into ten dis- ricts for administering the plan. The number of acres sown and bushels produced by each farmer in the past three years is used to compute the three-year average.
