Funeral services will be held on

in Elizabethtown. Burial will be in
Mount Tunnel cemetery at Eliza-
bethtown.
Mrs. Samuel Bassler
Mrs. Samuel L. Bassler, aged 45
years, died at her home at Quarry-
ville on Friday. Interment was
made Tuesday at New Providence.
Mrs. Susan Sample, on West
Main St., is an aunt.
Samuel C. Booser
Samuel C. Booser, eighty-eight,
died at his home at Elizabethtown,
of a complication of diseases. He is
survived by these children: Mrs.
Albert Grill, Mrs. Annie Metzger
and Mrs. Sarah Meashey, all of
Elizabethtown; also three grand-
children and six great grandchild-
ren.
Services were held on Tuesday
morning at the United Zion church
Elizabethtown. Interment in Gey-
er's church cemetery, near Middle-
town.

Mrs. Harry D. Brinser
Word was received in town on
Friday of the death of Mrs. Harry
D. Brinser,
Richmond, Va. She had been a pa-
tient there for the past several
weeks. She had been a resident of
Middletown about thirty years ago.
She is survived by her husband,
three brothers, John E. Hershey, of
Rheems; Norman Hershey, of Flor-
in, and E. E. Hershey, of Philadel-
phia; two sisters, Mrs. A. L. Erb,
and Mrs. H. K. Alwine, Middle-
town. The body was taken to the
home of her sister, Mrs. Erb,
where services were held on Sun-
day afternoon. Interment was made
in the Cross Roads Church cemetery
at Florin.
Mrs. Marion I. Bolbach
Marion I. Bolbach, widow of
Charles Bolbach, died Wednesday
afternoon at the Lancaster General
hospital of a complication of dis-
eases after a short illness. She
was born in Mount Joy, a daughter
of the late John and Mary Hubley
Fitzgerald, and has been a resident
of Lancaster for many years. She
was a member of the Lutheran
church. Her husband has been de-
ceased eight years. One daughter
survives, Ruby, wife of Mr. Nelson
Mrs.
Freidly, 237 East King st., Lancas-
tet, with whom she resided, also
two brothers, John and Edward
Fitzgerald, both of this city, and a
sister Margie the wife of William
Andrews of Harrisburg.
Services were held in the parlors
of Fred F. Groff, Inc, on Saturday
morning. Interment was made in
Mt. Joy cemetery.

LEGION AUXILIARY
MET LAST FVENING
The regular monthly meeting of
the Legion Auxiliary was held last
night with ten members present.
The Child Welfare chairman was
authorized to adopt four children
and send Christmas gifts of toys,
clothing and candy to them.
Seven War veterans at the Coun-
ty hospital were sent Thanksgiving
baskets. A donation of $5 was
sent to Naval Hospital at Philadel-
phia as the Christmas greeting.

Pleas in and for the County of Lan-
caster and Assistant Justices of the

eral Jail Delivery and Quarter Ses-
sions of the Peace in and for the Coun-
