The Florin Church of the Brethren
will hold Children's Day services in
the church on Sunday afternoon at
two o'clock. Mr. A. C. Baugher, of
Elizabethtown, will be the speaker.
Mr. and Mrs. E. S. Weaver and
Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Campbell wish
to take this means in thanking the
many friends and neighbors who so
kindly helped at the “clean up day”
on Monday. There were one hundred
five persons assisting.
The rumor in this community as
to the future opening of a Silk Mill
in the Nissly Swiss Chocolate factory
is incorrect, The machinery has been
antiquated and sold to the best of
advantage, but no further plans have
been made,

Saar Valley Mines
Under the terms of the peace treaty
