David Hetrick, of this boro, a clerk at the American Store, on East Main street, the victim, is a patient in St. Joseph’s hospital suffering from lacer- ations of the face and scalp and bruises and cuts about his shoulders and legs. According to Hetrick he had bor- rowed the motorcycle from Charles Brandt, of Elizabethtown, and was re- turning it when the accident occurred. A leak in the tire caused it to pull off the rim of the wheel, Hetrick said.
