AUTO CRASH DAMAGE
A suit to recover $250 damages
as the result of an automobile col-
lision October 11, on the Harris-
burg pike, near Landisville, was
started before the Court of Com-
mon Pleas at the Court House on
Monday by Miss Minnie A. Eshle-
man, of Landisville.
According to Miss Eshleman, the
accident, in which her machine was
badly damaged, was caused direct-
ly through the negligence and the
carelessness of the defendant, C. F.
Runkle, of Middleburg, Pa.,
named as defendant in the action.

receive new posi buildings if
a bill Congress by

Public Buildings committee is pass-
ed and approved by President
Hoover. The measure provides
new federal buildings for Paradise,
Columbia, Manheim, Lititz and
Elizabethtown. The bill calls for
an expenditure of $215,000,000, to
be used in the erection of post of-
fices and other buildngs throughout
the country and in the national
capital.
