M. Shelly, the dwner of the herein-

PORTION OF COMFORT AL-
IN FROM THE BOROUGH
1. Be it ordained by the Coun-
cil of the Borough of Mount Joy,
and it is hereby ordained by au-
thority of the same, that the por-
tion of Comfort Alley (laid out on
the Borough plan but not opened),
extending from the intersection of
said alley with thé old Pennsylvania
Railroad right of way, the east line
of said intersection being about one
hundred and forty feet east from
intersection of said railroad with
lands of Philip Frank Estate, north-
westwardly one hundred and fifty
five feet, more or less, to land of
Philip Frank Estate be and hereby
is removed from the Borough plan.
2. All ordinances and parts of
ordinances inconsistent herewith
are hereby repealed.
