It is believed that Schlegelmilch was knocked against the wheel of the tractor while he was in the act of backing the machine into the corn shed, in order to attach a har- TOW. Schlegelmilch celebrated his 34th birthday anniversary on Sunday. He was born in Marietta, the son of the late Francis X. and Anna Schlegelmilch. He was a veteran of the World War, a member of St. Mary’s Catholic church, Marietta. and of the Holy Name Society, of Lancaster county. Besides his mother, he is survived by three sisters and a brother, Miss Elizabeth, instructor in music at Chambersburg; Miss Isabelle, at home; Mrs. Anna Sloat, Philadel- phia, and Claire.
