In a hectic ten inning battle, Lan-
disville and the Lancaster All-Schol-
astics broke even at Landisville Sat-
urday 5-5. “Christ” Showalter
pitched excellent ball for the Speed
Boys, as did also Trayer, of Landis-
ville. Landisville had scored what
would have been the winning run in
the tenth, but a technicality resulted
in the runner being ordered back to
third.
After then retiring the side, Lan-
disville refused to continue and the
