thrown off a horse and was injured
to such an extent that he is now us-
ing a crutch.
Last week we stated that Dr. J. S.
Kendig had purchased the Bender

fered at public sale on Saturday.
The farewell sermon preached in
the Church of God at Landisville for
Mr. and Mrs. Cover and Miss Leh-
