home on Saturday evening, H. C.
Fahs, a retired coach maker was
struck by a team driven by John
Keener, of near Milton Grove. Fahs,
who is 86 years of age and slightly

Elmer H. Witmer's annual sale of |
live stock was held on Tuesday af-|
ternoon at his stables in town. The
crowd was large, bidding was good
and fair prices were realized.
The Mastersonville School taught
by Miss Myrtle Coller of Perry Coun-
ty, will close April 6. Miss Coller
will take a special course this spring
at the Millersville Normal.
Rev. Nathan Eshleman of Rheems,
delivered a temperance sermon on
Sunday morning. All the sessions |
were well attended and proved to be|
very interesting and uplifting.
