Besides his father, he is | survived by two brothers, Charles of Manheim and Wilford, of Girard, Ohio. Charles Schroll, of Rowenna, is dead in France from wounds re- ceived in action, according to a noti- fication received by his mother, Mrs. Tillie Witmer, of Rowenna. Private Schroll was wounded in action in July, according to information reaching his mother, and had been confined in a base hospital in France from then until his death.
