Never mind what any dealer promises you, you owe it to your
self to find out what the Factory Guarantee is on the automobile
you propose buying and you should insist on this guarantee being
made a part of the contract you sig when purchasing an automo-
bile.
Some automobile manufacturers give no guarantee at all. That
is one of the reasons why some dealers must offer you special in-
ducements and discounts to sell thei cars.

When American Lynch Law Began
“Lynch h.m!” is an American cry.
Lynchings are all too
American, The famous lynch law
was born in this country 151 years
ago. In the frontier town of Lan-
caster a jail rifled of its in-
mates by a furious populace and the
victims shot down in cold blood.
is a neglected chapter in our coun-
try’s history.
On the 27th day of
151 years ago to the
catastrophe initiated the
vilence, the Sunday North American
will publish this sensational bit of
history as one of its romances from
Penna. history, You need not for-
give nor condone this offense when
you read the romance, but you will
understand something of the wld
anger that surged thru the lawless
frontiersmen and sent them out up-
on a lynching raid. You will under-
stand how human nature was little
d.fferent in the first lynching from
what it is in present-day lynchings.
The strong lust for revenge simply
| grips men and before .t all laws and

startling romance is ‘“When Amer.c-

tinues the record these romances

A chicken grows in proportion
to the feed it consumes. Suc-

the more they want.
‘Whenever your chickens are
