Owing to their extreme hardiness, it

large flock of Indian Runners, with
very little trouble.
They are never bothered with lice,
there are no roosts to keep clean, and
no expensive houses are needed; just
a low-roofed shed to protect them from!

The houses should have a dry floor-
covering of straw or some
