Hello, Dolly! follows the efforts of a widowed match- maker, Dolly Levi, trying to catch the eye of Horace Vangergelder, the owner of a profitable feed store in Yonkers. The rich but miserly Vandergelder asks Dolly to find him a wife, not realizing that Dolly plans to wed him herself. The fun begins when Dolly subtly cuts out all her competition, including Mrs. Irene Molloy, a hat-shop propriet- or. Janet Walker has been cast as Dolly, recreating the role she played for the Kiwanis production of the same show several years ago. Chet Zercher portrays . the parsimonious Horace Vandergelder. Mr. Zercher has choreographed and acted in numerous produc- tions at the Fulton Opera House and is owner and dance instructor at Dancer’s Workshop in Lancaster. Flowers Sr., 64, of 13 West Market Street, Marietta, died at his home last week. Mr. Flowers was a retired mechanic for the former Olmstead Air Force Base, Middletown. He later was employed by U.S. Alum- inum Corporation, Marietta. He was the husband of the late Meriam C. Bern- | heisel FLowers. The son of the late Christian H. and Alice A. Kinsey Flowers, he was born in Elizabethtown. A veteran of World War II, Flowers belonged to the American Legion, Maytown, Post 809. He was also a member of the Susquehanna and Marietta beneficial associations and was a former member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge 596, Elizabethtown. Births HOSTETTER, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry L.
