Pre-advertisement was authorized for an ordinance converting a tract of land along Lefever Road from high density residential to medium density residential. Approval was given to pre-advertising an ordi- nance requiring a fee and two-year guarantee of the work, whenever a street surface is opened to repair utility lines. Authorization was given to accept bids for the reconstruction of Plum Street from Hill Street to Terrace Avenue. An invitation for bids for a new automobile for the police department was is- sued for the second time. A motion to subdivide the land surrounding the house owned by the borough in the Borough Park was voted down, also a motion to consider tearing down the house.
