Roger called Jean Trace, United’s area Sales Representative. An automatic dialer with a capacity of 1000 pre-selected telephone numbers became part of a solution to Roger’s particular problem. The United Telephone Company, drawing on its extensive experience and resources was also able to offer Greencastle Ford management the choice of expanding the existing telephone system or replacing it with an advanced electronic system.
