Unruh is a member of the National Association of Christian Marriage Counsel- ors, Inc. and Member of the Board of the Franklin County, Pa, Welfare Coun- cil. In the past, Rev. Unruh was instrumental in helping to set up several counseling and drug treatment pro- grams in Omaha, Nebraska and Chambersburg, PA. After graduating from Hess- ton College in 1954, Rev. Unruh took further studies at the University of Omaha, Peru State College, and received his in-service clin- ical training at Bryan Memorial Hospital in Lin- coln, Nebraska. During Rev. Unruh’s professional career he has held many assignments such as faculty member of the University of Nebraska School of Alcohol Studies. He was also a member of the Omaha/Dougles County Mental Health Advisory Committe and Executive member of the Omaha Coordinating Council on Drug Abuse Education and Information, plus many more. His is also ex- _ perienced in the field of television, having been a participant of a weekly, 30-minute program Plain Talk, in Omaha. Mount Joy’s December fire report The Mount Joy Friend- ship Fire Company No. 1 saved an estimated $181,300 worth of property for the month of December. The damage was estimated at $5700.
