Harry and Bertha Riley’s solar greenhouse does more
than cut their fuel bills almost in half. It does more than
grow tomatoes in winter. It is also a movie star. This
photo shows a cameraman training his lens on some of
the lush greenery inside the Riley’s solar greenhouse.
He is making a movie for the government. The Riley’s
solar greenhouse may not be as pretty as Jane Fonda,
but it is almost as warm and a lot more practical to have
around the house. So far, nobody has. offered the
greenhouse a huge salary to star .in.a feature-length
movie. But who knows what the future may hold?
