Rosemary Wilson Poin-
dexter, 32 of 1 Hemp St.,
Mount Joy, was killed early
Saturday when she was
struck by a hit-run vehicle
on Conestoga Street, Lanc-
aster.
Born in Mount Joy, Mrs.
Poindexter was a daughter
of Clarence and LaVerne
Knight Wilson, with whom
she resided.
She was the former owne:
and operator of Darlyn
Printing Co., a printing
composition company lo-
cated in the Stevens House
in 1971 and 1972.
She had been employed
as an inspector at Wyeth
Laboratories, Marietta, for
the past seven years.
Mrs. Poindexter was a
member of the American
Legion Auxiliary.
She graduated in 1965
from Donegal High School,
where she had been typing
editor of the yearbook and
historian of her senior class.
Surviving besides her
parents are three children,
Darnell, Monica and Aleece,
all at home; and sisters,
Marcene L., wife of Elmo
Marbury, Marietta; Bonnie
R., wife of Charles Towns-
