Born in Mount Joy, Mrs. Poindexter was a daughter of Clarence and LaVerne Knight Wilson, with whom she resided. She was the former owne: and operator of Darlyn Printing Co., a printing composition company lo- cated in the Stevens House in 1971 and 1972. She had been employed as an inspector at Wyeth Laboratories, Marietta, for the past seven years. Mrs. Poindexter was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She graduated in 1965 from Donegal High School, where she had been typing editor of the yearbook and historian of her senior class.
