Daily Vacation Bible
School will be held at Trinity
Lutheran Church in Mount
Joy from June 18-22 from
9:00 to 11:30 AM for
children aged 3 years to 8th
grade. We hold Bible School
in the morning because
many of the local children
are involved in the town
baseball—softball programs
and are able to attend in the
morning. Those of you
whose children are on swim
team, we allow them to
leave in time for their
lessons.
This year we will be using a
new course by Fortree Press
entitled, ‘The Church,
God’s Own People.’’ Ages 3
and 4 will be studying “My
Church,” ages S & 6 ‘‘Me
And the Church,” Grades 1
& 2, “The Church Is,”
Grades 3 & 4, ‘We
Belong,” Grades S & 6,
**The Church—What?
Who? Why?’ and the
Junior High, ‘‘Doing Your
Faith.” In addition to the
regular course of study,
there is an added feature
called ‘‘Churchland’”’ to
which all the classes
contribute time, effort and
projects and use Churchland
throughout the week.
Registration cards have
been placed in the Church
for Church Members to
register their children ahead
of time—if your child isn’t a
member of Trinity, please
call the church office—653-

one is invited to attend.
