is an associate professor of
music at E-town College. He
has been awarded a Nation-
al Endowment for the
Humanities grant to attend
a summer seminar at the
University of North Carolina
from June 11 through
August 3. He is one of 12
people in the nation selected
for this grant. ,;
He will study the perform-
ance of Beethoven’s music
under professor William S.
Newman, learning how
Beethoven himself intended
his works to be played.
Harrison is conductor for
the Hershey Orchestra.

mann, whose father, Kurt
Wagemann, lives in Mount
Joy, recently was assigned
as a teletype operator with
the 3rd Support Command
in Hanau, Germany.

Pvt. Robert K. Rabuck,
whose wife, Tammy, lives in
Bainbridge, Pa., recently
was assigned as a military
policeman with the 38th Air
Defense Artillery Bridgade
in Korea.
Rabuck entered the Army
in February of last year.

Seven Mount Joy resi-

Sico Company’s employee’s
banquet for long service to
Sico. More than 400 people
attended the banquet, held
at Historic Strasburg.
